In this episode meet Jim Lee, a real estate investor based in Southern California. Born in Taiwan Jim immigrated with his parents to So Cal. His father was an entrepreneur and inspired him. He attended UCLA with an undergrad degree in economics. In 2010 he worked at Loopnet (aka Zillow for commercial real estate). Jim is passionate about creating multiple streams as a real estate syndicator, after getting his license.
