In this podcast and video, Jim Black speaks with former NFL player, Zach Sudfeld live from Phoenix, AZ pre-Superbowl. Zach shares his unique background in sports as played Tight End in the NFL for the New England Patriots and the New York Jets. During his time in the NFL he spent his off-seasons traveling the world on various humanitarian projects. His travels took him through Africa, Europe, and Asia as he worked on projects focused on orphans and vulnerable children in the developing world. For his work, he was recognized as a member of the MAD 100 people making a difference.
As a member of the New York Jets he won the Kyle Clifton βGood Guy Award,β voted by the team and staff, and graduated from the NFLβs Executive Education Program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He has a passion for humanitarian work, travel, adventure, surfing, and the overall art of living.
Zach studied at the University of Nevada, where he obtained a degree in Business Management and an MBA while a team captain for the Wolf Pack football team. He received the award for top senior scholar-athlete, finishing his college career with All-Conference honors in football and academics, and was recognized as a semi-finalist for the Mackey Award β given to the top Tight End in the NCAA.
