Bio:
As a former real estate developer and lawyer, Sanjay has gained extensive multi-state experience in complex real estate transactions within various real estate classes including the acquisition, entitlement, development and operation of master planned resort and golf communities; commercial, mixed use and residential land development; retail and office buildings; market rate and tax credit apartments and hotels. Including significant experience with complex structured finance transactions in conventional commercial financing as well as bond and tax credit financing.
